of Cornwall. This lovely cottage offers overnight accommodation all year
round excluding Christmas and the New Year.
For the comfort of
others we ask our guests not to smoke in the rooms. A landscaped garden and
patio area are available for those who wish to smoke.
Off road parking is
available for several motor vehicles or a caravan.
Wheelchair access to the ground floor room only.
No pets unless a guide
dog for the blind.

Directions to
Hillside Luxulyan travelling West on A30:
From the
A30 Innis Downs roundabout at the end of the Bodmin By-pass, take the A391
towards St Austell, follow for approx 1 mile to Lockengate, turn left for
Luxulyan. Follow for approx 1 mile to the T junction. Turn right for Luxulyan.
Follow 1 mile until you reach Luxulyan, the main road has a sharp right bend
follow this down the hill over a hump back bridge the Kings Arms will be on your
right. Continue passed the pub up the hill, Hillside is 50 yards up the hill on
the left you can drive straight in and park to the rear. (This should take you
approximately 10 minutes from Innis Downs roundabout).
Directions to
Hillside Luxulyan travelling East on A394/A39/A390:
Helston A394 to
Falmouth, Falmouth A39 to Truro and pick up the A390 to St Austell. At St
Austell keep on the A390 sign posted Liskeard for approximately 3
miles until you come to a roundabout with the Britannia Inn on the right
hand side. Keep on the A390 for a further 1 mile to St Blazey Gate. At St
Blazey Gate turn left sign posted to Bodelva and the Eden Project continue
on this road for approximately 1 mile until you come to a T junction. Turn
right clearly sign posted Luxulyan and continue along this twisty road for
another mile and you will come directly into Luxulyan. When you see the
Luxulyan sign on your left, Hillside is just 100 yards further on down the
hill on the right, drive right in and park at the rear.
Alternatively
Just follow all signs to The Eden Project, once
there Luxulyan is olny 1.5 miles away and is well sign posted. If you get
to the Kings Arms public house you have gone too far. |

Ken & Glad. Its less than 100 yards away. |

and very friendly, really nice pub and food. Very popular at meal times,
